Customer Ratings & Reviews

this washer is amazing. for the ease of installation and cool settings i would definitely recommend it for anyone looking.

Washes on time and easy to use in comprised to the previous washer we had. We don't really care about the color when we we're deciding whether to buy or not, but since we've had this washer now, it matches our wall color.

Great quality for the price. Saving on water cost.

We got a great deal on this washer since it no longer has a matching one on the site. We love it so much we don't mind that it doesn't exactly match the grey samsung dryer we got

The only thing this is missing is the light that was on our old one.

Researched washers for about three months before choosing this one. Very happy with my decision. First time using a front loading washer so had to make sure I got the correct detergent pods and then recommend leaving the door cracked after a wash cycle to let the machine air out. All technicians told me mold with front loading washers isn't as much of an issue now, but cracking the door after a cycle will help ensure it's not an issue.

Thank you to your personnel for advising of great deal!

Got this washer on sale for 550 during 4th of july sale. It has a lot of features and even fits my king size blankets. The sanitize feature is great for people with allergies. Highly recommend

The steam works great. My Clothes smell so clean!!

I purchase the washer and dryer due to the reviews but I did read online. They look beautiful they work even better than I thought, there just an excellent machine. Very pleased with my purchase.

I love how much easier it is to use a front loading washer. None of my previous machines showed me the washing time, this one does and it uses less water. I am very happy with my purchase.

It is functional and very easy to use. I like the allergy cycle.

We purchased the matching dryer to go with the washer and they have served us very well. Love the cycle options and steam feature is a huge plus. Easy to use and a environmentally friendly chose.

I am glad we chose this washing machine. It is perfect for us. It is just the right size, and has just the right amount of settings. We are very happy with the way it cleans our clothes.

I love the way it looks, I am still learning which setting to use for some washes. It is not set up like my previous machine so it has taken a little longer to get used to but it works well, it's quiet and it's beautiful.

This washer is very easy to use, with lots of different cycles. Has a steam option but not sure when is the best time to use it. Best buy delivery and installation was free and very efficient.

The machine washes the clothes very nicely .im amazed on the low amount of water that it uses. very efficient. I got the machine at a great price so I'm forever grateful for that

Very pleased with the Samsung front load washer so far. We like the customizable settings for our personal preferences, and it is fairly quite compared to our old Frigidaire unit.

I got this washer on sale and love it. It washes fast and cleans my family of 6 clothes great. I do less loads of laundry and faster. I use less detergent and our clothes are much cleaner. Has lots of options for washing. I haven't had any problems with this washer or it's matching dryer. The washer can be alittle loud when spinning the clothes and the buzzer is hard to hear. It plays a song when it's done wish it buzzed like my old set so I could hear it. The top does scratch easy but we made a counter top for folding so its covered but if u don't do that it will scratch the top having laundry baskets on it. Over all I would recommend it works well

This was my first front loader purchase and I have been very pleased with it over the last couple of weeks. Installation was easy and the controls are not hard to figure out.
