This washer is very easy to use, with lots of different cycles. Has a steam option but not sure when is the best time to use it. Best buy delivery and installation was free and very efficient.

The Samsung Washer is very satisfying. I love this little music at the end of the cycle, and the spin cycle gets a lot of the water out of the clothes. My only complaint is that the cycles are not customizable enough.

This washer is great! its spacious, quiet and cleans really well without using a ton of water. Goes great with the gas dryer. Haven't really played around with the features too much, yet.

The washing machine I purchased comes with features that would be extra on others. Great quiet machine that is super efficient. Will be purchasing the matching dryer soon.

Was going to go with a top loader so glad I changed my mind. Had some trouble with my LG front loader but I love all the features on this one especially the steam cycle. Very quiet.

Sleek, easy to use, and has all the right bells and whistles. I was looking for a washer and dryer that had the steam option, and this fit the bill. Very happy with this purchase.

This was a great purchase. Was not difficult figuring out how to use the electronics, as I thought it might have been. Cleans and dries better than a the top loading machines.

Washer worked OK after it was hooked up, But it took three times to get me one that was not damaged. I guess that's what happens when they have to ship it from China! Got the machine hooked up and it worked fine. The third time I use the dryer it started making a awful loud noise. Ended up returning both units. I decided to go with an American made product. I should've in the first place. Shame on me for not paying attention! I thank Best Buy for good customer service… That's why I am a returning customer.

This is an excellent product with a reasonable price. I bought warranty for 5 years with it for peace of mind. The delivery and setup service was outstanding and professional by BestBuy.

Bought it at the start of last month. Works great! Silent, fast, and I love the design. Haven't had any issues with it yet and my parents are very happy that I bought it.

A little more expensive, but it looks great and has a lot of options that help cut down the amount of time it takes to wash your clothes.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet this washer runs. At full price it's a little more expensive than I'd be willing to pay. I bought an open box. I would recommend this washer.
