Good washer. Still working out the best way to get things their cleanest. Love the low water usage and all the options.

This is a very quiet and efficient machine. The clothes come out very clean. The wash times are longer than on my LG machines, but quality seems every bit as good.

This washer is full of great features. It was bought to accommodate a tight space and despite its small width, it does the job of twice a standard washing machine.

So far the washer works great... few times were I've received a "SUDS" message but realized that was due to using a bit too much detergent. It is far more efficient then my last machine.

Got this during the July 4th sale for $600. Great machine for the price. Love Samsung

Looks great, runs quietly, has all the bells and whistles I need and more, does a fine job of what it's meant to do at a reasonable price...what's not to like?

Needed washer and dryer for my new home. This fit the bill perfectly. Haven't tried any of the steam cycles yet, but so far everything has come out perfect.

My one annoyance is that Samsung indicates that detergent pods are not for this washer, however, I've been using them with no problem. Other than that, it seems to work quite well

I love this washing machine! It gets my clothes super clean. It does take a long time to complete a cycle, as all front loaders do, but that's ok with me. I try to do laundry a few evenings per week instead of saving it all up for the weekend. If you are a weekend only laundry person, you are committing to a big time slot! I do miss the ability to delay the start time that my old machine had; I used to load it in the morning to have it finish shortly before I got home, which saved a bunch of time, but this machine was a good price and I'm not sorry I bought it. I would have given it 5 stars if it had that feature, plus a hand-wash cycle.Otherwise, it's great!

I am very pleased with this washer, my clothes are cleaner now than they were in my last washer and even cleaner then using the laundromat washers.

I really like the looks of my washer, it's simplicity and it's energy efficiency. fun to use.

My wife and I purchased this washer along with the dryer and have no complaints so far. It is a great product with an affordable price tag.

Modern-looking appliance with clear and easy read-outs. Very quiet. Only downside would be the length of the cycles - quite a bit longer than I''m used to. Overall great purchase.

After transitioning from a top load to a front load, I can say that the washer is really cool. Easy to use and gets the job done very well. Love Samsung!!

I was very happy with my purchases ( the combo) the soap, bleach and softener is not properly spread . When I used bleach , only some cloth get it. Same thing with others detergents. I don’t have any mechanical issues.

Easy to use product perfect would recommend. Great and the in -home set up was perfect. The techs answered all my questions and were knowledgeable.
