Great washer. A little too low. Need to get or build a platform. Sometimes the clothes may stick to the drum and you will not see them. Washes great. Saves water. Awaiting rebate.

The Samsung washer is a good buy for $500. However I was highly displeased with the delivery service. So bad, I will NEVER buy a product from Best Buy if it needs to be delivered.

This washer certain delivers in many ways, and only comes short on a few features that many consumers wouldn't care or see as only bonus features. Pros: - Washes very quietly... especially on high speed spins. - Great looking design and adequate size. - Smart automatic soapsuds warning mode. - Not many but effective washing modes. Cons: - No control over WiFi. (Perfect if washer is located in a basement) - Useless SmartCare button. (Only for Samsung technicians) - Not that many washing modes compared to comparable washers from the competition. - It could be shaky depends on the surface because of its overall light design.

it is a good washer and does a great job but sometimes it feel it is a little noisy as it wobbles but quiets down very quick but i feel it is still a great product

I bought Samsung for my home in Virginia 10 years ago and loved it. This newer model is much quieter and fast. Love the pedestal storage too.

This washer works very well, and it's simple to use. The large tub can wash a sheet set and comforter with ease. Definitely a great value.

Shakes like crazy if you apply all the options for a "better" wash due to its spin options. If you put the washer in an open space unlike mine, you should be fine. I have mine on a third floor inside a small space.

This washer ran well until it didnt. We had the washer for a little over a year and thats when the issues started happening. The power started glitching and then eventually shut off completely. Come to find out this is a common problem with samsung washers. Unfortunately we didnt purchase protection and it costs us over $300 to fix alomost half the price of the washer. I will probably stay away from samsung washers and dryers next time i purchase.

This is the second Samsung model we purchased. The last one helped us to sell our old house. For the price, this is the best washer you can buy!

We have been using this washer for around 3 months. To be honest, the washer has an excellent performance and exceeds our expectations. Recommended

Great deal for the price our old washer was a may tag and lasted 25 years only hope this one last as long so in 25 years hope to give the same review!!!

This washer is amazing! Lots of different features, super quiet to operate, and uses so little water compared to the old washer my parents used to have.

I love my new Samsung washer. It is easy to use and clothes come out with no tangles. My previous washer tangled clothes up and wrinkled badly.

Great quality of washing, I love the sanitize setting. The timer when it's finished is a lovely tune. The sound when machine is running it so quiet

This washer is great definitely better than the top loads. Cleans the clothes well and has many different options. Plays a nice tune when the clothes are done washing.

I bought this washer to replace a top loader. I am beyond pleased with its performance. I plan on buying the matching dryer when it goes in sale.

So easy to use but has all the options I need. I love that even with the pedestal added, it's still easy for my kids to get the laundry in & out!!

The Samsung washer has been easy to operate and completes the cycles and loads quickly and efficiently. So far it's working quite well.

Not sure what was wrong with our initial settings. The first few times we had some torn clothes etc. However, after few uses everything is working for expected. Happy now!
