Excellent washer really gets everything clean even managed to get an ink stain out of my shirt. Great product lots of settings.

clean well have used all cycles only problem is getting the filter to unscrew for cleaning or I would have given it a 5 star rating

I've been using my new Samsung washer for over a month. Love it!! I do leave the door open to help air out & dry between loads.

After one month of usage I am very happy with this washer. It has all the features I look for and is working perfectly.

The finish on this W&D is pristine, both appliance work great and very quietly also very low energy consumption.

My eight year old Kenmore Elite dryer broke, so I decided to get this new set rather than just replace the dryer. Therefore, I am still in comparison mode. I did not need a very expensive set and this Samsung seemed to be a good washer for the money. It does get my clothes as clean as my previous washer. However, the wash time is about 15 minutes longer than my old machine. There is not a warm water wash/cold water rinse choice on this machine. I was told by Samsung that it was a government ruling. I do not know how that could be, but that is what they said. There is a warm water setting, but no one could tell me if it is for the wash cycle or both wash/rinse. I have also noticed that I have to do an extra spin cycle on my king size sheets in order to get all the water out. The "eco" selection does not use enough water to clean clothes, and is worthless (IMHO). I have had to call Samsung three times to ask simple questions. They have three departments: sales, tech, parts. They were able to answer one question once I got the correct department. Question concerning warm water was never answered. Also, I wanted to be sure I ordered matching color pedestals and needed the correct suffix. None of the departments could answer that simple question. I finally got my answer by calling Best Buy. I am comparing this machine to my previous more expensive machine. I do not expect it to have all the options a more expensive machine would offer, but the extra spin cycle on my king sheets and the difficulty in getting simple questions answered by Samsung drove my rating to three stars. In view of this, I would recommend to a friend only if including the Geek Squad protection package, and would suggest that anyone getting this machine do the same.

I purchased this washing machine a month ago and love it!! Cleans clothes great . You can wash large loads fits blankets.

Overall fantastic. Cleans well, minimal impact on electric bill, lots of cycles handles all my laundry scenarios. I would have given 5 start, but... Door open with hinge on right only. Dryer door can be flipped for either direction, I wasn't aware I needed to special order a unit to get the hinge on the right side. "Cycle Complete" chime is a bit annoying. It's a little song that lasts a while. I'd like to change to a ding ding ding thing, or almost anything else. Probably not too impactful for most, but I find these little things annoying...

Love this washer. Best one i HAVE EVER OWNED. Does a great job cleaning very soiled clothes and removing filth.

Very intuitive controls, bold markings in the soap, bleach, fabric softener drawer eliminates the need to measure. Quiet

The steam feature gets the strains from my work clothes and the king size comforter fits in and cleans it well too.

It's very quiet and don't waste too much water. It's a relief to be able to do laundry at night with no loud noises.

So far this front load that was a replacement for a tip loader, is working perfectly! We've loved this machine so much.

I'm loving this thing. So many wash settings and cycles to choose from, it's almost overwhelming. And the steam setting is fantastic. It has a pretty large wash drum, so you can fit a lot of clothes in there. Some folks have complained about the wash times, but I've found the quick wash setting does the job on just about any load if you're pressed for time. The "buzzer" sound, which is really just a super annoying song, but it can be turned off, so no biggie. And they look great.

Works well and looks good. A little noisy on the spin cycle. All in all a good machine. Just not quiet at all.

Washer is quiet and washes all types loads well. Would give 5 stars but water on door should be wiped off upon opening or will drip on floor.

So far this works great. Fits in my small townhouse just fine. You can fit a good amount of clothing inside the washer.
