Stacking large capacity unit. Being used in Studio apartment where space is a limiting factor but provides large capacity with less floor space.

I'm very happy with this washing machine and matching dryer. It's exactly what I was looking for and performs very well.

Awesome looking washing machine. But it is also ready to take on a heavy duty load of dirty laundry effortlessly!! Love it!!

With all the updates i expected the use to be a lot harder. However it is very easy to use and cleans great!

I bought these as a gift for my daughter she loves them uses them often has a baby and they work great for a family

We had an older version of the Samsung front loading washer and dryer at our previous house, but had to leave them when we moved. We purchased a newer version with a few more bells and whistles with the steam option, in the platinum color. I did not hesitate to go with the Samsung product because I had such good luck with the older version. Would ABSOLUTELY purchase again!

The hose is installed on the opposite side of the washer (left) than my old washer. Wound up being 8" too short to reach the water line / drain. Samsung doesn't make extensions or sell a onger hose, and those at hardware store are American products and either a 1/4 inch too big or too small. After a lot of time on the phone, computer, and in hardware stores (and no help from a gentleman o spoke with at the BB store), finally wound up jerry rigging another hose/clamp to make it work. Seems to do the trick and the machine itself works great!

Great washer with tons of settings. The steam feature was a must and you can’t beat this one for the price.

I bought this washer honestly based on price alone. It was a closeout model and only paid $280.00. I have always had the best luck with Maytag products and never bought anything but Maytag. Well Samsung sold me on their washer and dryer sets. My cloths have never been so clean and it is so gentle with them. The matching Dryer with the Steam feature completes the pair. I will continue to purchase Samsung appliances based on my experience.

We purchased this washer along with the matching dryer, and have been pleased with both. Though the washer has many possible cycles (including steam), we tend to use the "Quick Wash", which usually finishes in less than 30 minutes. For especially dirty loads, we use "Normal", which takes 40-50 minutes. The controls are easy to understand and use--especially the most common choices of water temperature, spin speed, and soil level. No complaints after 3 months of use.

Washer works fine. Haven't used the steam feature yet but used a cycle a sanitize cycle that heats the water and was pleased with results. Waiting to see the self clean work. Set crew was a disappointment because they apparently don't carry shims with them the best leveling they could do allowed the washer door to hit the furnace piping. I got stainless steel shims and fixed.

This was the first brand new washer and dryer set our family has ever purchased. I am thrilled with how clean the clothes get, the length of the cycles, and all of the setting options. My biggest issue is the amount of shaking it does- even on the low spin setting. We have an upstairs laundry right next to bedrooms and we cannot soothe wash when our kids are asleep bc it sounds like a plane taking off. We have checked the "feet" on the bottom and made sure everything is level but it is still very loud when it reaches the spin cycle.

With my family growing in size we needed a new washer. This samsung is priced right and cleans large loads very well.

So good so far like the alert music to let you know when it is finished. Works great, quite and a lot of cycles.

I have had this for a couple of weeks now and I like how silent this washer is. it offers great value for your buck

Purchased this machine to replace a much older washing machine that was in the house when we moved in. So far doing well. Only downfall is the first time we used the hot water, the machine gave a code that I looked up online and was able to determine that the people who delivered the machine crossed the water lines. The hot was hooked up to the cold inlet and the cold to the hot inlet. Obviously, not a problem with the machine, so I switched them and everything has been fine.
