I love this washer. First of all, let me go off the record by saying "I HATE DOING LAUNDRY!" but after buying this washer I seem to dislike it a little less. This washer may seem complicated with all the options for washing but its very simplified and it has an awesome customizable "My Cycle" button which allows you to program a wash cycle to your personal liking and keeps it for future use.

We bought this Samsung model after our 20 year old GE model finally gave up. Cudos to GE for making good stuff back then. We got our monies worth! The Sumsung is a very nice unit. It's like night and day to campare the old washer with this new model. The technology is vey impressive as well as the build quality. Good price/deal at Best Buy. Got it delivered in two days.

This was my first big purchase besides a new car. I am recently a new homeowner and was in need of a washer and dryer. I grew up with Kenmore appliances but decided to do some research and went with Samsung. I am thoroughly impressed with the brand and how helpful the Best Buy staff were! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the washer still stays noisy after and doesn't dry out if cracked open, like I was told.

I was searching for a front load washer that would fit my budget and also had good reviews on the wash results and dependability. Now that we are a few months in, I can attest to high marks for both. The spin cycle takes some getting used to if you've been listening to top loaders most of your life. It is quieter, and there is no telltale spin sound telling you the wash is almost complete. Those are all good things, by the way.
