I had another model Samsung that stayed behind when I sold my house, so looking for another was a no brainer. The machine performs flawlessly. More than enough cycles even for a laundry fanatic. I did have some trouble locating the exact model I had seen advertised on line but a quick call to Best Buy resolved that issue. Delivery and setup was fast and professional.

No complaining so far. It works amazingly. A lot features to choose from.

I am so pleased with my washer, it's quiet, and very efficient. It is very water conservative yet gets everything so clean, only draw back is the vibration. It shakes and shimmys and vibrates the whole apartment. It will reset itself but until it gets to a certain point it really shakes alot. But it's still awesome. I love how it works. I'm happy with my purchase.

Great washer, very quiet an works great. The price was very reasonsble.

Attractive; appears well constructed. The way the machine runs is peculiarly programmed. It's tumble action is started and stopped and restarted in the reverse direction about every 8 seconds. The pump that empties water runs over and over in little 1 second bursts. It is quiet during all of this performance, but it seems like a waste of efficiency with all the starting and stopping. Clothes do get cleaned.

It is very quiet washes clothes extremely well. I am extremely satisfied.

Have no complaints so far..still early in purchase though lol....installers were great and knew what they were doing..I'm glad I purchased the extra geek squad warrantee just in case something does happen in the first few years..(will save me from being overly angry I purchased bad units). Anyway they save water and aren't to loud..we are Samsung lovers..so far so good!
