Everything works great on this washer. The only negative is that the washer vibrates a little on the start of the spin cycle until it balances itself out. But other than that all is good

Bought the washer and dryer combo. Wasn't really what we wanted to do 2 months before the holidays but had to. Very happy with this product.

This washer is great and plays a 20+ second long jingle to let you know your laundry is done (don’t worry you can turn off this setting).

this washer is perfect for my townhouse at the beach. we stacked it with the Samsung dryer and together they deliver full size capability in a small space.

Washer is great I like the short wash load one but the other loads are way too long and it is a noisy washer my sears Kenmore was a lot quieter and it was 20 years old

Highly efficient machine. Uses very less amount of water. I do not use more than 2 additional kWh whenever I use it.It is that efficient. Extremely happy with the purchase.

I prefer a front loader over top loader. Without the agitator the clothes did not seem as clean

I was concerned about Samsung washer ,but found the problems were with the top loader. I do wish I had purchased the base ,it's a work out to bend for more than one load.

So I bought my mom this washer machine and she loves it!! The associates at Best Buy were very helpful. They even helped me open a Best Buy credit card. Happy New Year to all

i have this in my no ac garage in florida. have keep doors open when not in use to air out/dry if closed mildew forms and makes clothes smell despite how fast you switch them.

We are very pleased with the equipment purchased. Unfortunately, I was under the impression I would receive reward points with my purchase; however, that was not the case.

Fits perfectly in my little nook. This is my first front loading washer—— its an adjustment but I think I will love it! Large load size in a space saving size !
