Great washer overall, it's just missing some settings as the older model i.e. whites. Otherwise it's a great product for its value.

You can’t go wrong with a Samsung product and this unit provides tremendous value for the price. It works well and is very quiet.

Clean laundry, no “odor” like my old machine, and the *ding* of the completed cycle is even a pleasant little song.

4 stars now. after a year, maybe 5. works well. all the features we were looking for. required foot adjustment by me to eliminate an unbalance.

By far the quickest and easiest washer I've used for loads of whites and darks. Depending on cycle it might become a bit loud, but only for a short time.

Very easy to use and looks great! I got it on sale together with the matching dryer which gives the product better value.

We purchased this and the matching dryer for our new home. Fits great in the space. Not a lot of opportunity to use it yet but so far so good.

Great washer for the price. Nice and quiet with a big drum. The only quirk is how much longer a cold wash takes than a warm one.

Just wish it had other door opening options. Had to reconfigure laundry room for door. Overall great washer for price.

I have enjoyed this gas dryer for several weeks now. It is very efficient and I enjoy the soft dry clothes coming out wrinkle free and ready to wear

Unit is working well so far with no issue at all. Though the app does not seem to work well but I did not intend to use it anyway. So not a big deal for me.

installed it in less than 15 minutes. wife loves all the features especially the notification of self cleaning time.

It does a very good wash with little soap dries just as good would recommend to anybody looking for a quality washer

We bought open box at a great price--but it needed new shock absorbers immediately to prevent it from walking. Then less than a week after purchase saw news articles about Samsung problems with washing machines on national news. Not sure yet, but so far the parts the Geek Squad put in have stopped the movement, but machine is still noisier than I would like. Keeping fingers crossed.
