This washer is very easy to use and does a great job cleaning our clothes. We do make sure that we wipe it down good after each use to prevent the moldy smell that happens. We also leave the door open a little so it can air out. So far we have not had an order problem.

Nice and quiet. Only issue was with getting it level. Took a while even though it read level. Once level though, has performed well. I don't find that it builds up moisture like some other front loaders I've had. Overall I'm pleased with it.

Absolutely wonderful purchase. It took me a while to figure out to how to calibrate it. But once I discoverd I needed to remove the shipping bolts and reset it then it worked fabulous. I love it and would very much like the matching dryer but it's too expensive. I purchased this item as open box and I'm so happy it had no use and no defects. I've recommended this product to several friends and family already.

This washer is everything we hoped for. Plenty of preset cycles, and does a good job at getting clothes clean. I prefer more water when washing clothes, but this machine does an amazing job. Basket is large enough for blankets, etc. Would definitely recommend.

We have been so happy with our new washer. As a family of 13 it helps so much to have a washer with a large capacity and lots of cycle options! Plus it's really quiet which is so nice! This has been an amazing washer for us!

Love my new front load Samsung washer, It is a lot quieter than my old washer and I can now wash clothes when my husband is sleeping after working nights. Seems to do a good job at cleaning and I have a choice of the spin cycle which is a great feature.

I like my new Samsung washing machine. It is easier to use than my old Whirlpool and the door does not lock up for hours the way my old Whirlpool did. Clothes are coming out very clean. I love that this model has a self clean cycle!

Good sized washer, so I can do larger loads. Gets my clothes clean. I like the fact that it is quiet. Only negative comment is that I have to leave the door open & laundry try to, when not in use, to make sure it dries out so It don't get moldy.

This washer is really great, without the huge price tag. Cleans clothes, so good!! This machine is quiet. Delivery was on time and very polite. I still have not used all the features but will enjoy them as needed.

I am very happy with my new washer, it is worth to have one. It does its job very well. Clean clothes after washing, low noise during the process. It takes a bit more space in our bathroom but it is ok.

I was a little leery about buying a front load washing machine, however this one is great! It cleans my clothes so well, and it's quiet and efficient. I love it! So glad we made the purchase!

Love my new washer. Being on a second floor the vibration in the spin cycle is minimal due to the VRT. Clothes come out clean and not twisted like with an agitator.

This Washer is great, especially for the price. It is HUGE, it fits more than I would have expected....You can fit a King Down Comforter Plus more! It's quiet, and washes well, with lots of options!

I was very apprehensive about changing from a top loader to a front loader, now I'm glad I did. These machines are quiet, they look great and they do a great job, even with larger items such as bedspreads.

WASHING MACHINE IS VERY EASY TO USE, GIVES LOTS OF INFORMATION AND OPTIONS (TEMPS, SOIL AMT, SPIN LENGTH, DURATION OF CYCLE). LARGE CAPACITY ALLOWS FOR MOST BEDDING. BEST BUY DELIVERY GUYS WERE GREAT.

On sale right now for $300 less than normal, I bought this over the Black Friday weekend. Just used it for the first few times and it's marvelous. The bedding setting adjusted itself to have a longer, hotter cycle, but what I like best is the effectiveness of the spin cycle. I barely had to dry my sheets at all. One caveat -- as ridiculously expensive as the pedestal is, I think it's a must own, even for those who don't have bad backs. My sister skimped on hers and the difference is palpable. Recommended.

Bought the set. Very happy with both. Can fit more in them then the ones at the laundrymat and they seem to get the clothes cleaner. Will have paid for themselves in the first year of use.

We do a lot of laundry in our house. It goes much quicker now with our new washer, which is great. Easy to use and very quiet. We are very pleased with this purchase.

I like all the features this machine has and how you can set your own cycle for that wash that you use most often. It is a VERY large capacity, I don't think I've even filled it halfway and have had sheets and blankets in it at once. Would recommend.

Great price for a front loading washer. Uses less water which hopefully will save me some money. Very quiet and installation was a breeze. Delivery was on time within the time window given.
