Samsung didnt live up to its name this time thats for sure. washer is always moldy smelling even with the upkeep. If you don't keep the door opened it really smells moldy and your clothes will come out moldy smelling. crazy to have to leave a washing machine with door opened!! it makes ALOT OF NOISE during spin cycle. when i first got it it had to be serviced the first week i used it cause the washer was leaking around the seals. and the spin is so powerful that i worry this washer is going to rip my clothes. I do like to programming cycle and thats IT> waste of time and money and I'm stuck with this washer. should have stuck to my old washer and simple. It sometimes doesn't spin the clothes properly and keeps my clothes drenched to where i have to keep pressing spin so that the cloths will not come out drenched of water. Don't buy this washer. the dryer is the same issues. samsung hasn't really proven themselves with providing a safe, reliable, or quiet washer or dryer that lives up to its promises and name. If the option was zero i would have put zero for very poor quality and waste of money.
