    The machine that was delivered was problematic from day one. There seems to be a programming problem: the cycle takes much longer to finish than the time indicator says: example - the indicator said 42 minutes for the cycle, but it took more than an hour. The door jambs. Tried to open the door at the end of the cycle and it was stuck. had to turn the machine on and off again to open the door and then the clothes were soaked. Installation was wrong: hot and cold hoses were reversed and machine was not leveled. I had Best Buy technicians come and they fixed the hoses and leveled the machine, but could not do anything else. They recommended calling Samsung and getting the machine replaced.
