    this machine saves water maybe but it doesn't wash the cloth, two young men came for instillation they have no idea how to turn it on or how to hook the cod and hot water they don't have any tools so they couldn't finish the instillation to check this machine they told me it will take a long time so they have to leave they didn't hook the drainage told me to drain it in a pocket now they were very unprofessional, the machine doesn't wash the cloth, I went to best buy to return it they told me u have to do it on the phone since it's an online order now i'm on the phone with best buy I swear almost 2 hours on hold after i been transferred 5 times on the first call to find myself talking to a lady in the warehouse she told me she can't help me I have to call again so disappointed with best buy. I wish I can give less than one star for product and customer services.
