Water collects in the detergent tray and doesn’t drain out so I have to dry it off and leave the tray and door open to prevent mold. I’d buy this washer again but never from Best Buy, their communication and customer service once they’ve gotten your money is aweful

I remember now why I didn't like them the first time I bought them. When you stack them, the controls from the dryer are 6'3" high and angled towards the ceiling so you cannot see the controls or display without a step ladder. Really a PITA.
