Works great so far. We get stagnant smell but think it comes with all front loaders. We try to dry the seal around door and put a cleaning pouch in per recommended times.

This was my first use of a front loading washing machine. This machine is quiet and does a great job of cleaning. There is a bleach dispenser at the top of the machine.

Obviously I don't know how it will be over the years but I am very happy with it so far. It washes well, is relatively quiet and hasn't ripped apart any clothing like my last washer.

I have had this set now for about 6 months and it works really well. I’m very pleased and would recommend this. The cost was great and delivery, set up, and taking my old set was super easy.

Great washer I’ve paid a lot more for a whirlpool and I think this Samsung works better. I love it but I am worried about dealing with their customer service I haven’t had great luck with it before.

Bought this washer when our 13yr old washer died. Really just wanted something that would clean the clothes and not break the budget. Love the washer so far (1 month in). Easy to use, cleans the clothes, quiet when in use.

I previously bought this washer and dryer set in 2016 as my old set was going out and it does a nice job of washing the clothes and drying them. Once you learn the settings (not hard), it really is not hard to use. Be mindful this has the 'he' symbol and you're supposed to use the detergent that has the 'he' symbol. I'm not 100% sure if it makes a difference, but you may want to follow the directions so as not to void any warranties. Also, this is a bit noisy on the spin cycle (and I think my washer as moved by itself during this cycle) so be sure to give enough space between your dryer and also your wall.

Delivery was very fast. When this awesome machine first came my adult son and I spent hours simply watching the performance of this machine. It self adjusts with so many selections to satisfy your needs. My grand ddaughter can no longer waste detergent because of the fact that there is a premeasured detergent, softener and bleach tray. The delivery person, although nice did not level the machine properly so the noise and movement on the spin cycle was terrible but we made the necessary adjustments ourselves and it's fine now. I really love this large capacity machine. Large loads big comforters and bedding no longer an issue.

Once my washer was installed, I had to put it to use right away. Without reading the owner's manual, I was quickly able to operate the washer just by the control buttons on top. I pushed the selected buttons to program the varying cycles of wash and pushed start. I forgot to turn on the water lines and the display flashed an error code. I thumbed through the manual and was able to identify my error to resolve the issue. Although the controls were easy to figure out, I keep the manual close by. I can read about the many features in detail at my leisure. Overall, my washer comes in handy whether doing a small quick load or large heavy load.

My brand new washer and dryer look absolutely great. Those 2 unit are very quiet when its operating. A lot of features to choose, however I was a little disappointed because of the leaking that coming out of the front door every single load. We observed and tried 5 times in that day still leaked few drop of water. I called the geek squad technical support and they thought its the gasket problem and order the part and sent it to me and had the geek squad agent to install it for me. It turned out not to be the gasket problem but the door itself and suggested to repair the door but we decided to return the unit and get the better one (5200 series). Expecting our washer/ dryer on August if 2nd 2016 (back order). I hope my review will help your decision making in purchasing this unit.

Have had this washer for about 8 months now, It is easy to use and such an upgrade to be able to have this front loading washer. Does the job right every time.

We found this washer to be quiet, efficient and effective. I like the spin levels, which is great for heavier items and cuts drying time. Highly recommended!

Samsung front loader washing machine is quite, large tub, cleans amazingly well. Lots of features for all your laundry needs.

Easy to,use, has a musical timer, so instead of an annoying buzzer, it plays music. It can be turned off, but it is amusing to us. Washer is very quiet,and our clothes are clean and smell great.

Love my Samsung front load washer! Cleans clothes very well and can fit my queen size comforter. The quick wash option is fast and convenient.

After reading from the reviews, we decided to purchase this. The installers were professional, and hauled away our old washer. This new one is very nice, it even plays music. When the cycle is complete, it just doesn't buzz, it plays a tune. As of yet we have not had the issue of water pooling in the detergent cup. I can change the water temp and spin speed with all options, even preset ones. Couldn't do that with my whirlpool. It is also very quiet, especially while spinning. My only wish is that I could use my pedestal from my old washer. My washer is really short compared to the dryer next to it.

This is a very nice front load washer. It has all the settings and cycles that you might need it runs very quiet and does a very nice job of cleaning the clothes.

This machine was a great buy! It has a decent capacity size and has plenty of choices for cycles. I was surprised (and pleased) at how quiet the machine is and how little it vibrates on the spin cycle.
