This thing washers great! The capacity is perfect for my girlfriend and I and gets everything super clean. It doesn’t have any fancy WiFi or steam but honestly who needs it.

This washer is truly amazing it has so many different settings and really gets my clothing clean! You cannot beat the price of the machine such a great Samsung product!

plenty of room even for my big blanket every thing comes out nice and clean. the cycle runs a bit long a little over an hour or more but that is because of how little water it uses

The Good: It washes super large loads and gets the clothes really clean. It’s also very easy to use and quiet during MOST of the washing cycle. The bad: I’m a little disappointed in how bad this washer shakes sometimes during the spin cycle. It’s not all of the time but when it does, it’s pretty loud. I’ll be contacting Best Buy this week regarding my options.

This washer does everything I need and more, actually. The dial control is easy to use, washer is very quite, can not even hear it spin when in another room.

I have this washer for over a month now and it's working very well. It takes a small amount of water to wash. This is a great product; its performance makes me forget about the price I bought for.

Downsized to this model, a smaller washer than we had. It’s a little loud but cleans well and uses less water. Would buy again.

I HAD A MAYTAG TOP OF THE LINE WASHING MACHINE FOR 5 YEARS...HAD IT REPAIRED 2 TIMES...DRUM KEPT GETTING OUT OF LINE...VERY EXPENSIVE REPAIRS....WENT WITH SAMSUNG FRONT LOAD WASHER...LOVE IT!!!

The tech is sleek and not complicated, offering a clean interface and layout. Multiple washing options for light, medium, and heavy loads. Cleans well. Just make sure you don't over saturate your loads with detergent; the machine will take forever and sit on idle to remove the extra suds. The annoying part is the noise the machine makes as it spins to rinse. It constantly needs alignment. Within the first year, I had to call for service to ensure it wasn't broken. The Geek Squad service guy just shook the noise right out to align it. Unfortunately, it needs constant alignment. Nonetheless, it's a nice looking machine that does the job.

It's pretty and quiet. It works better than I expected. I hope that i will be as water saving as it advertised.

had a Samsung for 6 years a more upscale product than this one but I like this one better. Just seems to work better at cleaning the clothes. I also now know how to maintain it. I saw where the rust points are and not only leaving the door open in between wash cycles to keep it from molding but the detergent drawer open and wiping off once a month as far as the rust spots just below the drawer there is a seam keep it wiped off and the drain plug and the bottom of the washer look for a leak that is where the last one deterated

We have had this washer for over a month, and are pleased with it. It is much quieter than our last one, and is doing a good job with the clothes. I like all of the various wash cycle options, though I typically just use one or two of them regularly. It was also at a good price for a front-loader, especially from a reputable brand.

This is the second one I've bought, for reasons not related to its quality. It has a large capacity, low water consumption and cleans so well. Love this washer.

Love Samsung washers, they clean great, are very quiet and have never had a problem with one, this is my second one only because we moved and left our other great one for the new home owners.

Really can't go wrong with this washer. Doesn't use huge amts of water. Quite and stuff comes out relatively dryer than a top loading washer.

This is a nice washer for the price. It has great features and really does run quiet. I can barely hear it even with door open. I highly recommend it.

It's quiet, it washes much better than the Maytag I had that died, and it holds a lot of laundry. Totally satisfied with machine and delivery service.
