    This is a very long story that included about 20 phone calls over the course of 10 months. But, to make a long story short, we were sold a piece of crap washer that never worked from the first time we used it. After 10 months and countless hours of my time trying to work with them, Samsung will not stand behind their product, will not repair the washer and left me with a broken piece of crap that I spent over $600 for. I would have been better off flushing that money down the toilet because now I have to figure out how to dispose of a giant, useless, heavy as heck metal box that sits in my laundry room for decoration.
