The delicate cycle doesn't work and constantly tells me the water lines aren't hooked up. I wanted the cheapest one, nothing fancy. I got what I paid for.

It knocks around during the spin cycle so violently we had to move it to avoid it putting a hole in our wall.

Bought 10/2018, Broken 4/2020. 18 months and trash

We did not buy the extended warranty because we assumed that Samsung was a product we could trust. That was a mistake. 6 months after the manufacturer warranty expired and the washer needs new, expensive parts. I should add, we are a family of two adults. We have maybe run 70 loads through this washer, at maximum. We do not over fill it, we use the special "High efficiency" soap recommended by Samsung, we have never washed shoes or anything that would cause the interior balancer to over work but, here we are with a $600 piece of junk. I should have just bought a cheap one and replaced it after a year.

Our washer all of a sudden stopped working after 2.5 years. A company came out and told us it would cost $650 to fix. They are not sure what is wrong but assume it’s the control board. My last two washers lasted at least 3 or 4 times as long!

Missing Wrench

I have contacted the company and was told that they would get back to me. It's been about a week.

Two repair companies came out and were unable to determine what was wrong. Of course the warranty expired and Samsung's repair customer service was awful. Thankfully, The dryer is still working.

Washes fine, but moves during cycle
