It'll clean your Stuff, but..

Machine is level and not overloaded. On medium and high spins it twists the clothes into knots. We can live with it, but it ain't for the faint of heart. Touch controls are "touchy"; never sure they will change.

Beautiful machine but vibrates makes tons of noise

Even when properly leveled (something the delivery person failed to do) the machine makes lots of noise when it's vibrating. Corrected the problem by buying rubber dampening pads that are placed under the feet of the washer. It still vibrates but at least it doesn't sound like construction is going on.

Garbage

Your washing machine may shake, move, and make noise while spinning.
This can happen when the four washing machine legs are not all making secure contact with the ground, or if a large bulky item or a huge amount of laundry is in the washing machine.
If you just got your front load washer but didn't remove the shipping bolts, then it will shake a lot.
You'll also see some small vibration at the beginning of a cycle as it's weight sensing.

OK, but.....

Dryer had to be returned.

I have purchased a washer and dryer, refrigerator, two tvs, a sound system, and iPad from Best Buy. Not to mention small things in between. I recently purchased another washer and dryer from Best Buy. It was delivered on December 10. After using the dryer a handful of times, it has stopped working. My husband called the West Lansing, MI store located at 5216 W Saginaw Hwy Lansing, MI 48917. After spending 53 minutes on hold, we were told the soonest we could get a new dryer would be 12/26, knowing we (and most people at this time of year) have plans for the holidays, the soonest we could get our brand new dryer replaced was 12/31. This is unacceptable to me. We even offered to being the old dryer to the store and pick up the new one. We were told it was not allowed. I ordered the dryer on 11/27 and it wasn't delivered for two weeks. I then was able to use it for 9 days and now have to wait 12 days (from yesterday) to get a new one. I am paying on my Best Buy credit card for the appliances with 0% interest which I am grateful for. However, I'm paying on appliances that out of 30 days I have only been able to use for 9 days. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in how the store was able to handle this situation. Is there anything that can be done to rectify this situation? I had my bedding in the dryer when it quit working and I now have to go to a laundromat during one of the most stressful times of the year to ensure I have clean clothes for the holidays. I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

Rocking, noisy, shredded rubber door gasket

The first washer was unbalanced and made huge amounts of noise in the drying cycle, eventually stopping and then starting again a minute later with the same outcome. Best Buy evaluated and replaced. Second unit came in and was working fine. Then the rubber gasket shredded in a load of laundry and left a small pool of water behind. When this happened, I went back to Best Buy. They dropped the prices on their Samsung units and I traded for the steam option that now cost the same as my original purchase price. I have had 0 problems with the upgraded model. I do not recommend this model, at all. Very unfortunate. Best Buy was awesome though and did a lot of free delivery and haul away to make this right. That did not go unnoticed.

After paying $100 for Samsung authorized repair to diagnose my washer problem, I have a $400 additional repair. The washer is only 23 months. The repair is almost as much as my purchase price. Drum dont last long

The first one I bought only lasted a little over 3 years when the drum broke loose. The repair man said that the repair will be more the a new washer and that model is know for that problem. The only reason I bought an identical one is that I needed the same model to stack under my dryer, if not I needed to buy brand new stackable washer and dryer.

Okay but having to replace after just 3.5 years!

The leak is between the seal between the tub front and back, and it is slowly worsening. My hubby says the distance between the flange bolts is too great. It needs MORE BOLTS! After research, we have determined it's too costly to repair so we're having to buy a new machine. Going with a top loader this time.
