The washer could not be balanced

Despite two attempts to correct, the washer could not be balanced and “walked” across my laundry floor when on spin. I returned them for a different brand. Best Buy and the Geek Squad provided great service through the process.

When they break (and it will!) there are hardly no service people willing to touch a Samsung product. I’ve had 2 Samsung large appliances and both broke with a year. Never again! Don't Buy complete waste of time and aggravation

The washer walk's because it shakes so bad. They have replaced the shocks and added anti skid pads ( basically sandpaper) to the feet and still it walks. The washer now keeps getting a code 4e and stops working.If the hoses were not attached it would walk out of the room . The tech doesn't know how proceed and I am stuck paying on a new washer (Lemon) that doesn't work. This is my 3rd Samsung and 4th washer purchased from best buy. I am disappointed to say the least and will not purchase samsung again , If Best buy doesn't resolve this I will have to go to small claims court .

washer & service from Best Buy was horrible

The first washer had and error and it could not spin. The second washer will not rinse and after agreeing to a delivery for a 3rd time I've beven sitting at home for over 4 hours after leaving work early waiting on Best Buy who never showed up and never bothered to call or even return my call after I called multiple times. Bad product, bad service, horrible experience

We tried everything to check the reason. Highly likely reasons is that these this high efficiency machine was using as little water as possible, more water needed in the process. There is no point in insisting on high efficiency if you have to add additional rinse to clean the load, after a job was done.

Hard to clean and tough to balance

Also had an impossible time getting the machine to balance. My basement floor has a slight incline where the washer sits and even after 3 visits from Best Buy technicians and many hours myself, it still moved around is the spin cycle. We returned it and got a top loader, which we are very happy with.

I had huge piles of bedding and general laundry waiting for their arrival. I loaded up this washer and was amazed at how much fit (properly and not maxed out). I have probably run at least 8 loads through this washer. Then my daughter brought over her laundry of two full sized loads. Everything has come out clean and fresh smelling. I have only used the quick wash setting with either cold or eco warm wash. The cycle is 26 minutes long! I honestly have not needed to use a longer cycle. This washer is a fantastic buy. It is quiet, have not noticed any vibration except when standing next to it on the high spin cycle. It does not vibrate my house. The slight rubber smell people have put in their reviews? It's a rubber gasket folks. It will smell rubbery. It is very slight and my clothes certainly have not smelled "rubbery" coming out. Laundry running through the wash cycle and coming out with patchy dry spots? Yeah, don't fill the washer to the top. It needs some room to tumble. I have not had this issue and have washed a king sized down comforter (and sheets in the load), king regular comforter and bed throw pillows (yep, they come out perfect and not mis-shapen). Not once have i seen "dry" spots on any of my loads. They came out perfectly washed. When reading the reviews, remember that there are some people that will never be satisfied and plenty of people who blame the tool rather than user error. One thing, I am 5'6", and have my units stacked. I cannot read the dryer settings without using a step stool (lol). I keep the dryer on quick dry and just hit the start button.
