    Washer is 3 years old. I’ve already had it torn apart to replace the seal that stunk up the whole house. The self clean cycle on this washer takes 4 HOURS but doesn’t get the seal and underlying parts clean. Poor design and poor build quality. Disappointing Samsung product.

    After 25 months this washer has to be replaced now. Bearings broke and cost to repair is greater than what I spent in the first place. DON’T BUY!

    We bought the washer 10 days ago and it constantly stops working with error codes UE. Saying its load is Unbalanced. Manual says fill in more clothes. What if I don't have any more to wash at the moment? Simply can't use the machine. What a Nonsense! Now I am wondering how I can bring this heavy thing to the store for refund. No more Samsung washer for life. This was an exchange for my previous top load washer recall that may blow off the cover...sigh*

    When it was hooked up by the delivery person, he was great, but he didn't check to see if it drained okay. After he left, I thought it was working great, but then we found water all over the floor. So, we haven't used it, yet. We don't know why it is draining all over the floor, and I don't have money enough to have a plumber come to check it out.

    I read reviews before my purchase and thought that is was not possible for a washing machine to beat up clothes and make them look dirtier. So, I ignored all of the bad reviews and bought he worst washing machine ever:( This thing will turn new socks into 5 year-old socks! Clothes are roughed up so much and tend to look dirtier even with laundry boosters added. I am so with my purchase and in my ignorance. Please take the reviews seriously.

    My first washer was replaced because of a bad drum. I am still not sure the second machine doesn't have a bad drum it seems to vibrate too much as it reves up to spin regardless of how much is in the machine.
