This is a nice washer for the price. It has great features and really does run quiet. I can barely hear it even with door open. I highly recommend it.

Efficient and quiet, kind of difficult as you have to turn on and wait for it to run through it’s thing before you can really do anything

Used a few times thus far and all pretty good. Things I like most about it - not overly cumbersome button panel & pretty self explanatory (others seem overly complex/hard to read), like how button panel is angled up a bit vs. flat with washer, spin not too loud (compared to my previous jarring machine), and seems like plenty of options althought not used many so far. Only thing I wish that door was a little higher off ground - ideally would like platform things to raise but not in the cards yet. Overall pleased so far. Install was good by the guys.

While we have only had this machine I short time we are very happy with it. Large load capcity and runs very efficiently as well as quiet.

Great quality and good looking washer from Samsung...love the quiet operations and cleans my clothes very well in around one hour.

I was hesitated to use a Samsung washer, but I am glad that I gave it a try. First, although it is front-lid, it doesn’t leak or anything when I open the door. Water is completely drained out, and I don’t have to worry about getting the floor wet. Second, it is stainless steel inside, and I don’t have to worry about any weird odor. Finally, it is very quiet, compared to my previous GE top-load. I will definitely suggest to any potential buyer. And I will consider buying the dryer too when time is right.

Very quiet operation on this machine. Quite impressive. At this price, it’s a great deal. I also like the functions. Very intuitive and easy to use. It brings joy in my heart when doing laundry. Having this machine is fun doing my laundry. And it is energy certified. What else can I ask for. Everything I need in washing my clothes, I have it here in this awesome machine. Clothes are clean and smell very good. I’m very happy and satisfied buying this great product. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives.

I got the washer and dryer and the first week they worked great. However, around day 12 the washer developed an annoying squeaking noise at the beginning of a spin cycle. It was annoying but I didn't think it was horrible enough to really concern myself over. I also noticed that it would squeak really bad if you wiggled the washer even though it had no movement and was completely level. A few days later the washer's sound worsened and it is now squeaking and the drum inside seems to shake. By day 14 I'd had enough and called Best Buy about exchanging the washer. After a brief hold I talked to the representative and was told the washer could be exchanged. This is where I became completely dissatisfied with Best Buy's customer service. I was told the earliest I would be able to get a replacement is A MONTH LATER due to it being on back order. They laughingly ask me if September 6th is a good day from 8-12 like I am supposed to predict the future a month in advance??? I asked them what I'm supposed to do for a month keep using it until it breaks? "Yeah, sure, just keep using it." I was told, like it's no big deal. Maybe not to them because they don't have to deal with it, I do. I went on their website and searched for this model washer and I can pickup the unit within 3 days???? So it's on back-order for a replacement a whole month, but I can go and buy it from the store today??? At this point I am just hoping my floors don't get damaged by the washers shaking and I will have to limit the use to day hours so I don't wake up my kids at night. Yes it is that loud even with the laundry door shut.

I bought this product because it was one of the cheapest Samsung models and I wanted a front loader because it uses less water. It's quiet and I like that.

Does a nice job getting dirt out -past front loader didn't get them clean. Like the options for different loads and is pretty quiet.

We do a lot of laundry, and this machine is fantastic. Price was right, product was installed correctly and looks great. Works like a dream. Highest possible recommendation.

This washer has exceeded my expectations. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to fit my king size comforter in it, but it fit with ease. I upgraded to this from an old top loader and I can tell a huge difference in the cleanliness of our clothes. Compared to the top loader, it does take a lot longer to wash the clothes. (I have read that is the norm for all front loaders) The average cycle time is about 55 minutes. In contrast, it spins the clothes out very well, so it only take 20 minutes to dry in the electric dryer.

Very simple to use, uses way less water and detergent, quiet and cuts dry time down. And I like the little tune it plays when the washer is done!

This washer really gets the job done...easy to use and the clothes come out perfectly clean

This washer is relatively quiet with little vibration during rinsing, which works perfectly in our second-floor laundry room. There are a lot of choices for temperature, rinse, soil level and so on and I can customize it any way I want it. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because there is that the door can only open from right. With the arrangement in my laundry (dryer on the left and washer on the right), I do hope I can have the door open from left so I can easily transport washed clothes to the dryer.

I love my washer dryer set. It works without too much noise. Clothes are always clean & don't get damaged by washer or dryer.
