If you don't purchase the drawer accessory atttachment, this thing is just too hard to use if you are tall. I'm 6'-0" and had a heck of a time bending down so far to do laundry.

The sound feature did work in the beginning but after 5mths it no longer works. The machine itself sometimes makes this loud thumping noise as it rinses. I called Bestbuy to find out I didn't purchase protection, which I was surprised as I always purchase extra protection especially on large appliances anyhow they referred me to Samsung which has the worst customer service I've ever known. Looks like I'm stuck with a defective washer and neither retailer will take the initiative to help a customer☹️

Purchased Samsung Washer, 9/19. Washer control panel ink with all washing instruction came off on my hand. Looked for model info. noticed product production date of 11/18. Manufacturer and/or Best Buy issue... No one taking responsibility for defect...customer left hanging. To date, No customer service from Best Buy or Samsung.

Had this washer for just over 2 years. Just this evening the tub stopped spinning and I witnessed a spark/flame shoot out the side of the washing machine. I immediately unplugged it, opened the back up, looked like the control panel created the spark. This seems to be the same issue the top loaders had recalls for. I most likely will not purchase another Samsung washer.

The washer is larger than expected. Very bulky. Makes loud noises when washing. I would not recommend this product.

The machine came out with an error code, 4E, about two weeks ago and it's not working. This error means is not being supplied with sufficient hot water. Although, it does, warm and cold, and it has really good pressure. The sad thing is that I bought it two years ago and the warranty does not cover.

The washer moves to much when spinning and causes noise. I will have to call Best Buy maintenance to check it out (brand new, recently purchased)

After 5 months of use, the washer began leaking water from the bottom of the unit. At first, this went unnoticed, and by the time we discovered the leak, the water damage had added up to more than the cost of the unit. Purchase any other unit than this one, a leaking washer can be extremely destructive to a home.

I got this washer about 1 month ago. I really do not like it! It takes over 1 hour to complete a normal wash cycle!! I am exchanging it!

Worst investment ever!!!! Hate it!!! Can’t use it, needs to be picked up and I don’t have help because this virus is stopping Best Buy from entering homes.

The washing machine shake and vibrate in the beginning of the spin cycle. Level the washer and perform balance setting still have the same problem. It seems like it's a design problem. A lot of owner experience the same problem when search the model name online. It shake during the spin cycle and goes away after it balance itself. It does that every time in the beginning of spin cycle.

IT GETS VERY LOUD AND SHAKE A LOT, I HAD TOGET SOME PADS TO REDUCE THE VIBRATION

I bought this washer,though the price is too high,because any other could not fit into my apartment.still working good.

I wash small loads of laundry in the quick cycle mode and I can’t understand how already the washer is banging on the spin cycle. Feet of the washer are balanced and sturdy so it’s the drum struts for sure.

I highly recommend this washing machine! Replaced a 13 year old front loader with this Samsung washer about 1 month ago. I can't say enough good things about it; very user friendly, quiet, efficient, well designed and super easy to use without too many buttons. Does what it is supposed to do. Perfect capacity for large bedding (can wash king sized things) and lots of towels. Leaves clothes mostly dry after spin cycle so the dryer does less work, hoping to add some years to my previous matching drying. Love the digital timer and My Cycle option. Also has a delightful chime, my only con would be that I wish it was louder. (sounds like the ice cream truck in summer) Best Buy was AWESOME for installation and delivery. Set up pedestal and hooked up everything in like 20min. Customer service for delivery was a little wonky but they figured it out. Personal experience: my prior washer broke mid-spin cycle with some bedding inside so it never finished. Had dripping wet sheets and duvet cover. Accidentally left in a laundry basket for a few days and they weren't dry. They smelled and thought I would need to replace them. Dried on outside line and didn't help. Bought the washer and installed a few days later. Washed stinky bedding right away and NO smell. I mean ABSOLUTELY NO smell. They're on my bed today and you would never know. Buy this washer.

Terrible place for controls. Way too high to reach and see.

Heating element went out after 2.5 years. My previous dryer was 20 years old. This is why people say, "They don't make them like they used to." Save your money and buy something that isn't built like this trash.

If I could give this machine zero stars, I would. I wash an average amount of laundry, and within six months the engine leaked oil, (who knew that was a thing) staining loads left and right. The machine was so loud that it shook walls of my brick home. The repairman quoted 1,300$ to fix it when it isn’t even worth that brand new.

clothes are not super clean, there's very little water. control knob broke within 30 days and best buy has warranty listed as out of date. $80 trip charge for the repair company???? brand new unit. what a joke!
