Broken after 8 weeks!

Didn't buy best buys extra warranty so Samsung is going to come out and fix it (there asap is 6 days). Billion dollar company and takes a week to get service on a washer that's horrible.. Think of that when buying Samsung

Very noisy

So much noise and movement that I still think is broken. Three different service calls so far. Don't recommend it.

Returning

VERY DISAPPOINTED. The machine is being returned.

Complete Waste of Money

The inside completely molded and had orange/brown film and grime...poor design...I really feel their should be a class action on these front loaders!!!!

Avoid Samsung Appliances

Nice little machine

It was installed by the Geek-Squad on Friday, February 2, 2018. I think I’ve washed about everything in my house that can be washed in a clothes washer. I’ve experimented with liquid detergent and Tide Pods. Used the bleach dispenser, and fabric softener dispenser. All works as expected. Clothes are getting very clean, slightly better than the front load Bosch washer this Samsung replaced, but it seems like it is gentler on the fabric than the old Bosch. Spin cycle is very quiet but extracts enough water to leave the washed items remarkably dry which, of course, saves time in the dryer and electricity costs. I am on well water, so I tend to want to be frugal with water usage, so front loaders are my choice. I am determined to be diligent about cleaning/drying out the rubber gasket and leaving the door open between wash sessions to prevent mold/mildew from occurring. It is not any real hassle to do these things, so it should be no problem to keep it up. This model has a little door at the bottom left of the machine that has a filter in it that needs to be cleaned out, they say, about once a month or so. Although I just got my new machine and figured the filter didn’t actually need cleaning, I decided to try cleaning it just to familiarize myself with the process. It was pretty easy. I didn’t spend the money on a silly pedestal, so the little door is right down next to the floor. A bit of a hassle to get to, but not horribly so. I got a little bowl out and as directed, pulled the little rubber tube out of its holder, twisted and gently pulled the little cap out and let the water drain into the bowl. It was exactly 3 cups of water. I then replaced the cap and secured the little rubber tube back in its holder and then unscrewed the filter and pulled it out. Nothing in it, but it was good practice. I reinserted it, and screwed it back gently but tightly. I then ran a wash. A tiny bit of liquid drained out onto the floor directly under the filter door. I dried it up, and a little more came out. I dried that, and still a bit more came out. After that, no more drained out. I made sure everything was secure: tube cap and filter. It must have been some little pool of water sitting somewhere that trickled out when I put the filter back in. At any rate, it turned out NOT to be a real leak, which was a good thing. I’ve included a shot of the filter area. I wanted to include two shots as they say they allow, but the second would not upload, even though the size of the shots did not exceed the allowed amount. Oh well. At least you can see what the the filter area looks like when the door is opened. I will periodically check back and update this review to share more information, but at this point, I would say that this is a nice little machine and would recommend it to others.

I am really dissatisfied
