I bought this washer with the combo dryer and did extensive research for finding the best washer and dryer. This model with the dryer were 1st choice then I asked my inlaw who fixes washers and dryers and recommended this over the cheaper maytag and whirlpool models out there. Been having both units for a month and worth the money also did the no interest payment plan

I bought a complete set, washer and dryer combo. Best purchase I ever made. I love them. I have had them since 2018. I have never had one problem at all out of my set. I loved them so much I purchased another set to match my decor at my other house. Purchased them in 2018 as well and no problems with either of them as well.

My old GE washer died after 3 years and cost too much to fix. all my other appliances are Samsung, so I went with this washer. I didn't need anything fancy, just a simple washer. the wash cycles are a little long, but when you put the spin on high, it cuts the dry time in half. only took 20 mnutes to dry a load of towels!! love it!

Great washer! Works well. Gets clothes extra clean.

For the price paid, this was an excellent deal. When my wife and I got married, we were given a 30 year old washing machine. It was loud, shaky, and barely washed the clothes. This Samsung product is amazing! We love the easy settings and the front loader system!

Good washer but it eats socks so far within 2 years of owning i had to call for a tech to take a part to find the socks inside one of the tubes

Had for a few months and Im loving it. So quiet and does a great job washing. I also like how you can use the good soap but don't need a whole lot to wash a full load.

this is very well made and high end. lots of features. good size and doesnt take long to run through a load. very quiet and very little vibration.

Laundry room is upstairs where all the bedrooms are and right next to one room. You can barely hear it!! We love it

Samsung continuously amaze me with their great product lines from Mobile to house hold appliances. This my first home appliance purchase from Samsung. It does a great job in washing and in saving water. Clothes are more dryer than my rented front loader and smells fresh. Make sure you put enough load, you'll feel the vibration with less load. Bestbuy delivery guys installed it quickly, thx to them. Cycles and options are good for energy conservatives.

I bought this washer in January 2016. Not noisy at all. Washed quietly ,spin cycle nice and smooth. About 2 months in I started noticing when on spin cycle it looks like the tub is unbalanced when spinning and makes a lot of noise. It does this whether there is clothes in it or not. Purchased the 3 year Geek Squad protection which covers everything. They came out and said the rotor was cracked so they replaced it. Went to do the wash the next day still doing the same thing. Called again, This time they replaced the shocks but told me this was normal. Maybe for this model that is normal but if I knew that I would have looked at some other brand. Also if that is normal, how come it did not do it for the first couple months I had it? It does clean the clothes and use a lot less water than a regular top loader but it still doesn't seem right to me.Not a happy camper.

Works well since purchase. Enough features to customize washing preference. So far I don't have any leaking issue, but I do leave the door open after washing. The little cup for detergent is always full of water after washing, but I can easily take it off and pour the water out, and it doesn't really bother me

easy to use washes clothes really good and uses less water. it is silent but i'd say on the spin mode it shake too much.

For such an inexpensive washer, this does a really great job. I can't imagine getting a better washer for the money.

I have never had a Samsung appliance before but have been very impressed with how well the new washing machine works even on my kids worst clothes from sports.

Have run a few loads through now and love this machine. With a full load of bedding as full spin, it is quieter than my very quiet dryer. There are a wide variety of settings for pretty much any need. My one and only complaint is that the hose connectors which are perpendicular to the back of the machine unlike my old machine where they were slightly recessed and at a 45 degree angle. This means that the machine can not be pushed all the way back to the wall as the old one could.

I like washer because it has the drain filter that you can access through a door on the bottom left corner. Just make sure you put a small pan or tray to catch a little water before you remove. Last washer I had was awful I had to take the whole front panel off to get to it and then remove hose clamps to get to it. Small socks from my son are always getting stuck in these filters. Like settings like the angle on display towards you.
