We have owned this washer for over a year now and we are still very pleased with it. It works amazingly well. We have not had any issues with it yet. We do take care of it by always leaving the door of the washer open and keeping the ridges dry to prevent mold growth. We purchased it again this year for my parents too! I 100% recommend.

I loved this washer until I didn't. I could wash an entire hamper of clothes at once. However its been 3 years since I bought it. The lettering has nearly completely smeared off, and it stopping working yesterday. I watched probably 15 youtube videos and what i think is wrong is outside my comfort zone. To my surprise it only has a 6 month warranty! Not a year, not 2 ect just 6 months. I called Samsung and the set me up with a ticket # and a technician. The technician stated its $110 just to come out, $80 flat rate for labor plus parts. He said they dont always have the parts in stock. He also said it would be at least a week before a technician would be available. So bottom line 110+80+1 week or more of going to laundry mat plus parts....might as well buy a new washer

I've had this washer for little over 4 years, its been working great. It's a little difficult to clean and keep up maintenance wise. Other than that, def a great washer

We were happy with this unit at first, it was a good price for the features. Unfortunately it died today 3 years after we bought it. It made a horrible noise with 12 minutes to go in a cycle and something burned up - our entire house smelled awful. Repair guy said it was the transistor board that fried and took the CPU with it. They want over $700 to replace both boards! I'm not inclined to pay more than the unit cost to fix a washer that died in 3 years - I'll be getting a new one and pretty sure it WON'T be a Samsung

This machine works as expected and maybe even more. The action is quiet and the wash is always great!

Overall great piece of equipment. Clean clothes very well, and the spin cycle also works great.

I love the front load! It's so quiet too. No complaints, I'd defiantly recommend Samsung.

We got the matching dryer too. My wife loves doing laundry now. What more can I ask?

This is a great washer. I bought this and the corresponding dryer to stack and they work great in my home. I picked them both up and installed them myself, ensure you remove the screws in the back or else the machine will shake violently.

The water usage/level on mine was so low that the clothes wouldn’t properly wash. Literally, the water was so low that clothes had dry spots while it was in the wash cycle for 5 minutes. I was planning on returning/exchanging, but I was able to figure out a way to adjust the water usage by making adjustments to the small water controller inside the washer. Something is up with the person program managing these washers, because these Samsung washers had this issue for a almost a decade. The water level isn’t just “low”. It’s unacceptably low. It feels like a half a gallon or a gallon. Nobody can wash a load of clothes on a gallon of water.

had this washer for 8 years worked great, now the drum won't turn and it's not easy to trouble shoot.

Even after we level the washing machine properly continued to shake and move during a spin cycle(not much)We put 5/8 Plywood also and the situation is still the same and we don't know how to deal with this problem(give the advise)!But wash the clothes Very well and work very quietly before spin spin cycle!

I've had this washer in use for close to 4 years now with 0 issues. I'm glad I went with the set because the same goes for the dryer! I got Geek Squad on it for 5 years but I doubt I'll need it.

my faith in best buy is at an all time high . great service , affordable "best buy" bumper to bumper 5 yr warranty and great financing . oh good washer too . too bad it only comes in white

I got a great deal and price matching on this washer and dryer. Needed to stack these in my small apartment and they work perfectly. I'm 5'2 and it's a little hard to reach the highest buttons while stacked, but otherwise I love the cycles and the features.
