Not as many features as our old one, but it keeps it simple and gets the clothes clean. We haven't had any problems. I love how it plays music when the load is done!

This washer uses very little water and is really quiet. I had an older top load before and this washer has taken out previous stains that it left.

I was so against buying a front loading machine so I purchased (and returned) 2 top loaders before deciding to try this one. I like that the quick wash cycle is 30 minutes long and cleans really well. I also like that I can add an extra rinse or an extra spin for any load I deem necessary. As others have mentioned, there is a need to leave the washer open after completing a load so that it may dry out. Also, check the detergent tray as water sometimes fill and stand in there. I can't really use the pedestal for storage as emptying the tray or the filter will drench whatever is stored in there.

Gets my clothes clean every time! I haven't had any issues with this at all. It even holds my queen size duvet.

This washer is amazing!!!!!!! Have had a month and my entire family loves it!!!! Easy to control, always works and cleans beautifully.!!!!!! This replaced a new Maytag which had unreliable controls and did not rinse out. This is way better than my other current Whirlpool washer which also has finicky controls and also does not rinse out completely... I always bought American but the stuff just is not as good any longer, sad that we can not support local product!!!

Very quite and cleans the clothes better then my old up right washer. Very efficient on water usage.

Love the size of the drum. It replaces a smaller front loader. Plenty of choices for cycles. Clothes come out clean. Machine is quiet.

The price was reasonable. The order, delivery, and installation was done in less than a week during a pandemic. Best Buy rocks!! The old washer put holes in our clothes, this one doesn’t. A front load washer clearly outperformed the top load. Just a lesson to you all the agitator in the top loader is ruining your clothes. This washer is cost efficient, low noise, and has many features to choose from to personalize your wash and will even save your favorite wash settings. Great buy!

Love this new front loader. Its our 1st one and it is so quiet and gets the clothing extra clean. Uses way less detegent, too! Very quiet!

They are quiet. My water bill has gone down, and doing laundry is easier on my as I’m only 4’10”. No more broken ribs

This front-loading washer has several programs and you can choose temperature and spin speed as you like. Good results and it is silent.

Quiet, cleans well and leaved clothes very dry. Therefore less energy in drying. Also easy to keep clean.

Samsung for the win I got an LG to replace our old Amana that only lasted for 2 years then the LG failed within a month so I went with Samsung Its been great so far and never experience those other complains people has about it shaking or being noisy It maybe shook a time or two because we had blankets and it happened to get uneven but that was it very minor detail for me Oh check with your power company too for rebates we got $400 back

Clothes go in dirty and come out clean. Works how it should. Also not noisy and has a nice little jingle when clothes are done.

Good washer- it is quiet (once I figured out how to turn the sound off- when the sound button is lit up the sound is off) and effective.

Although the first machine came to the house damaged, they scrambled and got me the replacement in 4 days. Runs well and definitely quiet and cleans well.
