We calibrated. On spin, the thing shakes like an earthquake ... even on the no spin setting! And fabric softener does not dispense properly. Hate it, hate it, hate it!

Let them talk me into this washer and it was noisy and loud from the start. Called to obtain customer service and things got worse...the only good thing was the delivery--they were respectful, on time, helpful.

I'm returning it and going back to LG instead.

I specifically checked if kit was required and saw at least 2 answers saying NO! Called geek squad and they said I DO NEED STACKING KIT. Cancelling and buying elsewhere.

Too many settings and takes far too long to wash something. My old washer was much better even after 10 years.
