i was a little hesitant about buying this odd-looking washer because the cubic footage was a little smaller than the one that I needed to replace, plus what was the deal with the drainage tube in the front? Well it turned out, that a few cubic inches didn't make a difference in my needs. I could stuff the same amount of clothes, etc, in this one that I did the older one. I have had it for a year now and am still very happy with it. So glad I bought it.

I previously had GE and Bosch compact front loaders, so these machines seem huge. More than enough choices and settings. Very quiet.

Washer exceeded my expectations - easy to use, efficient, great price

I love my set. They are both so modern and out of all the choices Samsung has the best look, quality and super affordable. I love the fact that I can either place them next to each other or just one on top of the other. I also love the fact that if by any chance I have a appointment or just feel like knowing how much is left for it to finish, it comes with a time clock that allows me to continue with my to do list and goes withy timing.

We replaced our old Maytag, top-loading washer with this gem. My wife loves, LOVES, this front-loading washing machine. It has worked flawlessly, with NO problems whatsoever, since we had it. It uses much less water, uses less liquid detergent, and it is QUIET, compared to our older Maytag. Who knew that Samsung not only makes the best TV's on the market, they make the best washers too!

This is a great washer. It is a little bit larger then my last one so it is great for washing blankets and towels. It is very quiet.

Bought this to replace front-load Whirlpool Duet which stopped working after a little over 1 year, and that was my 2nd (and last) Whirlpool. Had this Samsung for about a month now and so far so good. Seemed quieter than Whirlpool. Frankly, I don't care about all the buttons and end-up just using a few of the modes. If there were a recognizable brand front-load with fewer modes and lower price, I would take it, but there is not. This is the best value for front-load washer.

Love it! It is not very loud, and all the settings are useful. Pretty easy to use.

This is my first front-loading machine, and I chose Samsung because they are highly rated by both Consumer Reports (this particular model didn't rate highest, but still faired better than the standard brands like Kenmore) and by customers who have posted ratings online. I bought the washer and dryer, and I splurged on the storage bins that raise them up (although I DO NOT recommend the storage, there isn't anything that I use that actually fits under them - complete waste of money).
