Bought it as a gift for my mother-in-law. She absolutely loves it. She had an old GE top load with agitator and she loves the fact that she doesn't need to use a stepping stool anymore to take the clothes out (She is 4'10"). Very quite compared to her old system and uses much less water. Clothes are cleaner, and she is able to wash her queen size comforter now without going to the laundry mat. I bought her the matching gas dryer and it is a perfect pair. Price was very competitive.

Bought because of the size. Needed to fit in closet. No complaints. Quiet and gets the job done. Big enough for queen bedding.

We replaced our old Maytag, top-loading washer with this gem. My wife loves, LOVES, this front-loading washing machine. It has worked flawlessly, with NO problems whatsoever, since we had it. It uses much less water, uses less liquid detergent, and it is QUIET, compared to our older Maytag. Who knew that Samsung not only makes the best TV's on the market, they make the best washers too!

Just what I wanted. Front loader with all the extras and choices for whatever your washing needs are. Its also quiet. I love it.

As stated above, the washer works great, it was easy to self-install and seems to work much better and quieter than our old one.

Love it! It is not very loud, and all the settings are useful. Pretty easy to use.

Love this machine. Works great looks nice. Cleans well. The only thing I don't love is the child lock. It takes more than 3 seconds to turn on and it does not automatically turn off when the load is done. Just a bit irritating to have to turn the machine back on to open it. Love everything else.

I purchased this front load washer to replace my GE profile front load. Although this lacks the aesthetics, instead its plain white without many useless whistles and bells of other higher priced washers, such as steam, extra delay options, etc., it washes better than expected. This one seems to deliver a bit more water than my other washer and my favorite option is the 32 minute quick wash. (My GE profile was 54 minutes long) At almost half the amount of time,

This was such a great buy. I bought it during 4th of July savings. It works really good. Better than I expected since I had read so many reviews before buying it. I did think about it since I had never purchased an appliance from there, but i am glad i did. The service was great. What I like most about this washer is that it has a spin cycle and sometimes when I wash something by hand I can't seem to get all the water out, but then I use this cycle; I've seen other washers that don't have this option.

This washing machine is great it is quiet and does an excellent job with minimal water usage.

The much less use of water is impressive, and the washer is very quiet. Easy to use controls.

It's washed my clothes, towels and rugs perfectly and with minimal noise during the various cycles. The size of the tub means it can tackle slightly larger loads that our old Sport Duet and the customization features allow us to tailor each load according to its contents. Excellent value for an excellent washer! Plus the end cycle tune is kinda of cute.

It's quiet and it works just fine. My top loader always left particles on clothing front end loader is removing everything.

I purchased this washer to replace my old whirlpool top load washer. The washer itself is pretty awesome. The functions and setting are very helpful an the ability to set your own presets is a great feature. I have yet to setup the smart features but if they are like the rest of the machine I see them being a great help when using the machine. Also the machine is extremely quiet. My bedroom is on the other side of the wall from the washer and I done even hear it. Great Machine!!

Great washer, a lot of room for a lot of clothes, runs pretty quietly.

I recommend this machine as a good value buy. It is quiet, efficient, has several options in fabric type, temperature, etc. We have had it for a month now and are reasonably happy with it. A couple of times there has been residual water logging in the machine which we have had to manually drain.
