I've only had this washer for about 4 weeks, so I'm still getting used to it. I do find it fascinating watching the cycle work, though. So far, I have no complaints. Clothes seem to be clean, the washer seems solid, and it's very quiet. It could probably use a little more leveling, but all-in-all I'm very pleased. The only thing I have noticed is that there's water left in the soap dispenser cup at the end of the cycle. Sometimes it's empty, but more times than not, it's got water in there. Not sure why this happens. As long as you leave the door cracked so that the inside can air dry, you shouldn't have issues with mildew or mold. I hate how Best Buy pressures you to review a purchase so soon. Based on the other reviews, it looks like there's a failure within 3 - 6 months, so I definitely recommend getting at least the 3 year geek squad protection. I will try to update this review if things go sour in the coming months.

Install was done by the geek squad and they were quick and efficient. The controls are clear and easy to use. It does the job well. Unfortunately we weren’t able to switch the orientation of the door, so it opens toward the dryer. This makes transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer a little awkward, but other than that it’s good!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Washing machine does a great job. Very little noise. Make sure you calibrate the machine before first use and youre good to go. Also, leave the door cracked when not using it so moisture can evaporate.
