    Had to replace very old washer and went with this one. Never had a HE washer/dryer unit before. At first I thought it wasn't working well when I barely saw any water in the washer. Then found out that was normal. STUPID ME, but I'm loving it. Clothes come out clean, smelling fresh, and its very quiet. Would highly recommend.

    The first brand new delivered drier had a manufacturing flaw in it and during spin cycle it hopped around the room. Enter Best Buy's employees and we had a new one out and installed in an extra day. As for the unit, it's a good basic front load washer. Has the normal issues about needing to keep the door open after use so that it can air out and doesn't start to smell.

    Washer quieter than past owned Washers. This is a huge plus. Slightly longer standard wash cycle, than previous washer. Song played at completion of cycle can get annoying. This can be turned off. Not a deal breaker. Overall great washer. I would recommend this Washer.
