Efficient and so quiet compared to my last washer! I love the different presets.

I love te ease of using the sttings. Child lock is wonderful and so necessary for the tiny button pushers in my house. The front load is great. My clothes no longer get ripped or pulled because of the agitator! My clothes are always spun dry, even the heavily bedding!

My whites are whiter and my brights are brighter. It washes my clothes and they smell great. I am way ahead of most guys.

So far so great! I wasn't sure about the front load & large capacity, since it's just the two of us now. But, it does have light soil, and other choices I appreciate. I can wash my floor rugs, I'll try my big sleeping bag next time it needs a wash.

We have already seen improvements in our water bill over our previous washer (which was also a high-efficiency model). We enjoy taking advantage of the larger drum volume. The number of setting options is great, if a bit overwhelming, and they are relatively easy to figure out. However, making changes can be a touch trying, since you have to cycle through settings rather than hitting the one you want, and sometimes the buttons don't respond immediately. Also, the soap/fabric softener cups don't always drain completely. Overall, we are pleased with this purchase.

Fantastic and easy to use machine that does the job

The washer is programmable so you can program settings used most of the time: hit my settings and that's it. We had one problem that was corrected just in time. This unit replaced a Miele washer that was 220 and there is nothing in the specs that said whether this was 120 or 220. I went to the store and checked and was able to have an electrician make the changes in the house circuit.

This washer washes great! If you buy it I recommend buying the pedestal. We didn't buy it because we are going to stack it later this year. So it's not so good on your back without it. Washes great, takes a bit or time to wash certain things (bedding). Eco warm is still pretty warm and can shrink things FYI.

This washer has met all our expectations. It uses much less water than our old Kenmore. The cycle runs shorter, and it spins out thoroughly more moisture than I have seen in other machines. Thus, it greatly reduces time in the dryer. The biggest criticism is that the spin cycle is a little noisy. Especially compared to its very quiet operation in other cycles.

We just moved into a new place, and the washer/ dryer combo set we got have been a dream. We had alot of things to wash due to the move, and they have held up to the challenge. Easy to work. Plenty of options to choose from. And with it being up on the stands, it makes it very easy to load. I would recommend to anyone.
