Samsung has a huge selection, so it’s easy to find one that was right for us. And it’s easy enough for my 18 year old son to use! Quiet, deep drum and display that is easy to read and adjust to exactly what I want it to do. Been washing clothes 35 years. Best washer yet!

Basic washer gets the job done

I don't need 1000 different features or 50 different cycles, just a normal cycle, leave, then come back in 50 minutes to a load of clean clothes. Good price and simple to use.

So when it died I knew it should be replaced with the same, but newer washer. She has 5 kids so her washer/dryer set goes through many, many loads a day. I just know this set will work as well for her as the previous set!! So I got it for her. So far -- so good. (BTW, I have the same (but older) set and love it!)

I was so ecstatic that they were actually purchasing my very own washer and dryer! This model was on sale and I had to wait 30 days for Best Buy to deliver it due to the large volume of orders that were placed for this at the sale price, along with the matching dryer. It runs well, not loud at all. There are enough settings to choose from such as Normal, Bedding, Quick Wash, etc. My clothing is clean in a reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to spend money driving to a laundry mat nor do I need coins to wash loads! Delivery was nice and early in the A.M. and everything was setup professionally in no time! Thanks Best Buy!

And it does a good job of getting my clothes clean. But Best Buy has been out multiple times to balance the legs but it still shakes and makes too much noise on the spin cycles.

Good front loader at moderate price

We liked the Frigidaire Gallery washer very much but could not find a new one on the internet. So I went to BBY internet and looked for a washer that was rated 4 stars or more by at least 500 customers. This model popped up with a rating of about 4.5 with over 2000 reviews so I ordered it with out ever seeing it. There is a little hassle that you basically have to order a new pedestal when you order a new washer /or/ delivery men just set it on the floor, So I ordered a new pedestal and the Geek Squad delivered both within 3 days and did an very nice installation. We had brand new floor tiles and they were careful and everything worked . We did have one event where the washer displayed the message "suds" on front panel and kept rinsing & rinsing. After 20 minutes I stopped the washer and went to www.samsung.com/support . I did a chat and they resolved the "suds" issue within 30 minutes but you have to have the exact serial number of washer. Not just the model number. I'm impressed with Samsung's support.

But this washer does what it should. It looks nice and I like the front load design. The options are simple and using it is pretty straight forward. It does a great job of getting things clean and I have no complaints so far.

Good Washer but has some noise with it

The one issue we are seeing is that it makes noise (vibrations) during the start and end of a spin cycle. we have tried to fix it but still get it.
