Cleans clothes superbly clean and fresh. The laundry has never been so clean!! Excellent product!!

washer works quickly and efficently. the only exception is when the spin cycle is on max then the machine vibrates alot and you can hear it other then that i am very happy with this product

I needed a washer fast and after reading reviews purchased this one. It's quiet, nice looking, cloths are not tangled and clean. Just what I was looking for.

My only beef: Hard to figure out how to fully program my own wash cycles. Sometimes it doesn't let me adjust the temp or spin cycle, even though the buttons are there. Only limited options at times. The preset cycles are great for most applications, but occasionally I have a little load that requires special attention: hard to give it what it deserves with this washer. At the end of each cycle, it sings a little song. A bit disconcerting at first, but a real joy once you get used to it.

still figuring this out. I am not sure if the WM is having an issue or if it's me. A few times already I would add clothes to a Normal cycle and the water would not flow. Checked all the screens nothing clogging. For the past 3 loads (single person) out of 8, seems warm water is working. Once the WM would not power on, unplugged for a few minutes, plugged back in worked. However, does clean great and is really quiet.

I love how much options it has, it's bit hard for me be coz its my first time that I bought a laundry machine~ I used coin laundry before ~ now I'm getting the hang of it! I love how it beeps when it's done !

If you are looking for a low cost washer this is the one. Im not a fan of Samsung but got it because it was the cheapest. I made sure I purchased warranty. Its not the best but gets the job done.

This was my first washer purchase and I am more than satisfied. If you get Best Buy to deliver and install it, they do a fantastic job. The washer is so quiet you can barely hear it running.

The washer works well. It has handled every load we have given it. From small to large, delicate to bedding, cotton to permapress it has cleaned everything with great satisfaction.

Bought this to replace an older model that started to have issues. So far, so good. Lots of different settings, can handle large loads and does a good job washing the clothes.

This washer and dryer pair are perfect for me. It's got a number of customizable, savable settings so that you can just shove you're clothes in and hit the button. Even better there are a number of quick wash options so that if you've only got a few things you need clean you don't have to wait out the 30 minute cycle. Watch out for the doors, they stick out about an inch more than the rest of the body, so if you're trying to shut them in a closet it might be a tight fit.

This washer has plenty of choices for different loads. It's quiet during operation and plays a tune when it's done.

My american-named, expensive, top-loading washer broke after 5 years of use, and the repairs would have been costly. So I decided to try a basic Samsung front-loader that didn't have a lot of 'bells and whistles' (I didn't use most of the fancy options anyway). Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my washer. There are small annoyances, like some cycles don't let me choose a higher spin speed other than the default for that cycle. It should be up to me to select a higher speed, since I know the items that I'm washing, and what they can tolerate.

The Samsung 8-cycle HE Front-Loading Washer was installed and ran for the first time to ensure it was installed correctly the first time. The installers were professional and quick with the with removal of the old washer and installing of the Samsung HE Front-Loading Washer. They answered any questions we had like how often to clean the filter located near the bottom of the washer. Every 3-6 months depending on how often you're washing.
