This washer is very easy to operate. With a house full of teenagers this is a plus. Everyone was able to use it right away and it does a very good job.

Plenty of different setting and kinds of washes. Noticeable difference after replacing a 5 year old Whirlpool. Won’t buy another brand when it comes to washers, fridges, and TVs

Bought it three months ago to replace an eight years old Samsung washer. The price was the same as the old one with newer technology and better performance. So far there's no problem.

The Samsung 8-cycle HE Front-Loading Washer was installed and ran for the first time to ensure it was installed correctly the first time. The installers were professional and quick with the with removal of the old washer and installing of the Samsung HE Front-Loading Washer. They answered any questions we had like how often to clean the filter located near the bottom of the washer. Every 3-6 months depending on how often you're washing.

Bought my very first this front load machine and I could have not asked for more. Works great and takes care of my clothes just the way I like it. I definitely would recommend it.

Very quiet washer with more features than you really need. We had an LG previously and while it was good this Samsung was cheaper and quieter. Love the sanitizer mode!

Great washer, particularly an excellent value on sale. If you're getting it delivered, make sure you have the delivery drivers run the spin cycle WITH CLOTHING IN THE MACHINE" to make sure it's properly leveled with minimal noise. Our machine was quiet when they ran the spin cycle while the machine was empty; however we needed them to come out again for proper leveling after noticing extreme noise when washing an actual load.

Really like the Samsung product. this washer and dryer set was for my daughter but I have the same set and no problems in the 4 years of having them.

Our other washer finally went and we already had a Samsung dryer we were happy with. We could have spent a little more on the version above this but we really didn't need all the extra cycles. Not one issue with this washer and clothes are clean. It was simple to figure out and I like the "Smart Cycle" the best because its programed to our normal washing type and the 9 year old can now use the washer with ease. The young lady who assisted me was great and matched the internet sale price without question. The experience went smooth and the washer has been a welcomed addition to home of 6. I generally shop Best Buy because I get the best out of them.
