I only wish the washer door allowed us to leave it a bit open when not in use to prevent any potential smell problems. That's how I prevented that problem in my previous washer.

Bought this for a small house renovation. Worked perfectly. Delivery was challenging for the first time ever at Best Buy but the staff at the store came through magnificently.

They have now added a feature to stop the mold growth smell problem in a front loader. So much better! Love a front loader washer, seems to get the clothes so much cleaner.

I had one before, unfortunately it didn’t work properly, so bought this because it is easy to use and price is cheaper and good quality.

I was a little apprehensive about a front loader washer but I must say I love this washer it cleans my clothes great and uses little water. I am so glad I purchased this washer.

Easy to use. Easy to customize your loads and preferences. Not very quiet. Good thing laundry room on other side of house from bedrooms

Since my last washer died, I accumulated about 20 piles of laundry waiting for this washer to be delivered. As soon as it was hooked up, I was off and running with a non-stop laundry marathon. It is working great so far, I especially like that I can do a quick load in under 30 min. For more heavy duty stuff, like towels, they come out smelling really fresh (no mildew smell).

I was replacing the same machine, (same model, just 8 years newer), so I expected the same performance. Generally speaking, it is, except the spin cycle is much louder, and I can't seem to get the machine balanced (I know this is the primary reason for the loud spin cycle). A level shows it is balanced, but it still vibrates VERY badly. I had some issues with my installation process, so perhaps that's the problem. I recommend the machine, but STRONGLY urge you to be sure it is installed on top of your pedestal and all hooked up all in one day (mine was over two days). I like the updates to the control panel.

This machine isn't too high tech, doesn't have a lot of settings, nor does it have a lot of fancy features, but it does a great job on clothing.

...okay, I didn't think there was a difference between top loaders and front loaders. Boy, was I wrong. Front loaders are fabulous!!! Especially Samsungs!!!

I've been dying for some of these high efficiency washer/dryer sets but could never justify the expense. Finally caught a sale that made it possible for me to get this set and I definitely don't regret it. There's not a ton of bells and whistles, but plenty off features that make my life easier like personalizing a button that is a customized setting you use most often, called "my cycle", etc. The clothes have been coming out beyond fantastic, even with My homemade laundry detergent and fabric softener!

I got this in replacement to my 11 year old Samsung. It has less functions but affordable compared with the price I got before.

The washer is very quiet when running. My only complaint is the finishing chime is too quiet to hear if you're not on the same floor.

Great washer! I mostly use the quick wash function but it works really well and is easy to use.

This washer has plenty of bells and whistles, but still is easy to use. Does a great job of cleaning clothes and handles big loads. Definitely a great investment.

After owning a Maytag I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the product is so quit and works great. It’s amazing what Samsung can do now day

I love this product. It steams the clothes, gets them very clean and it is very roomy. Also does not use alot of water because it is front facing.
