I’ve only had this washer for about a month but no issues yet. Easy to use, has a lot of options and has a slick design.

This front loader is so easy to use, very good interface and self-explanatory. Excellent features include a detergent dispenser with a level so it’s easy to fill up to the exact amount needed. I also like the sloped door that is designed so water drains into the drain holes so that it doesn’t pool just in front of the drum. This really helps to prevent mold in the gasket. The drum itself is quite roomy. I would recommend this for anyone one who prefers front loafers over agitator machines.

only thing with front loaders is that theu stink of you keep the door closed all the time you need to open the door open when not in use so it doesnt smell

This washer really tackles our family's wash load in a breeze. With all the wash cycles it has, it delivers very good treatment to all clothing. So far very happy with it.

Love this washer! It’s very quiet, gentle, and does well with all different size loads. The song at the end is interesting, but pretty cute!

The washer works well. I am on the second floor and it does vibrate somewhat when the spin cycle begins. I had hoped with the VRT that there would not be vibrations .

My washer broke and we went with this one because of the great ratings and it is HE, we love it, its been working perfectly and we are so happy with our purchase!

We purchased this washer with the matching dryer because of the significant discount being offered through Best Buy. I was nervous because it didn't have one of the highest ratings through Consumer Reports--just a good/decent rating. But the price fit our budget, so we went forward with it. The Best Buy installation team did an excellent job, and the washer has been working great for us for several months now. We have a family of five, and we do at least one load of laundry every day. The washer is quiet and has many versatile settings. We love it!

I moved up from a smaller Washer/Dryer unit. I didn't realize just how small that unit was. I used to have to divide clothes into smaller loads, but not any more.

Had an issue with a part breaking on my 13th day of having it but bestbuy came out and replaced the whole washer with a new one! The new one has been working great

This washer has worked for me for 2 years then it started acting a little crazy. My suggestion is to buy an extended warranty for it.

its mostly quiet, except when running the spin cycle, but what front loader doesnt make noise in spin cycle. excellent at washing clothes and large bulky things too.

I have been using the washer for about a month and it does a great job cleaning my clothes. It runs very quiet, uses less detergent than my old machine and saves me energy.

Works perfect and washes my clothes and saves me money being an energy saver and goes perfect with my new Samsung dryer!

Holds large loads & cleans well. Able to hold king size comforter.

My first washer was a front loader, as I have three kids, being able to cram as much dirty laundry into the washer was awesome. My ftont loader did give me several promblems, before it became too expensive to fix,so I started to consider the new top loader. When I spoke with a knowledgeable sells person at Best Buy he told me that the kinks in the first generation of the front loaders have been. fixed. He also told me that the new top loaders were experiencing many issues performance wise. I am know a very pleased owner of a second gen. top loader. I still have my fingers crossed that I made the right decision.

I've had good luck with this machine. Works well for me. I think it is easy to use and run. Does a good job on the clothes.

I really like my Samsung washer, but I've only had it for a few weeks, so far so good. We will see how durable it is over time.This is my first front loader washer.
