I have used this washer for a while, it is good so far. The installers aren't very good but get the work done. I just need to move the hose later so I can turn the water on... the installer zip tight hose next to valve handle, I can't turn handle until I cut zip tight to move the water hose. One recommendation: some reviewers complained about leak from the front, so I bought extended warranty just in case. The machine work fine without any leak so far. I will definitely come back if it does leak. Thinking back, it might be a better to buy one year warranty instead of two years.

Works well I love the extra spin option! It is a bit noisy which I do not like .

Washer does it’s job for a family of 3. A little tight when washing king size comforter. Door has to be slammed to close tightly.

Great washer machine with a lot of useful settings. East to use with a lot of options for personal preference.

This HE Samsung wash machine does A GREAT job on my family's clothes. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys, Jose and Jorge, were friendly and professional.

Lovely machine, extremely quite....the only downside is you have to keep the door open to prevent mold. Love the music it plays when starting an completing load

The electronic controls are very easy to understand and simple to use. Just press a few buttons and your washing clothes.

Got this recently to replace my lg that crapped out and has been great. Makes less noise and the panel is better than the lg

Great for the money! I used this as part of a stackable washer/ dryer unit. Just make sure you get Samsung dryer and the same width size if you choose to stack.

We boat this washer for our apartment. We have got delivery in time and fast and completely installation. We spent not a lot time for this stuff

My washer and dryer came without the stacking kit and I am still waiting on the Stag and kit and then there's now decided that I don't want anything to do with any more install mess-ups so I'm not going to stack them unfortunately. I currently have cancer and I do not have time or energy to sit around and wait for people to come into my home possibly with germs to finish the install I just believe Best Buy owes me something in monetary fashion. This was a terrible buying experience Russell and John were the only one that can make this right.
