This product is very good and easy to install it. Product has great look and energy efficient. I am glad to have it.

I have only washed a few loads so far, but I can put in twice the clothes I could pour in my old washer . Large beddpreads and comfortors fit with ease.

I bought this washer to replace my 2010 Samsung model that developed a warped drum. I'm not nearly as happy with this model as there are several issues: 1) The spin cycle is loud and shakes the machine. Quite often it will make the whole house vibrate and it scares the crap out of my cats. The Geek Squad came back a second time after it was installed to level the machine, but it didn't help. My old machine never had this problem. 2) There seems to be a glitch in the firmware. When you set it to cold water on the 'Normal' cycle, it adds an extra 15 minutes to the total wash time versus other temperatures. That extra time is not used in the wash cycle, it's used SPINNING the clothes continuously for 15 minutes! That can't possibly be good for the machine, especially considering the shaking/vibrating issues mentioned above. I contacted Samsung about this to see if there was a firmware update, but they were clueless. My old machine did not have this problem. 3) The machine often doesn't add enough water in the wash cycle and the clothes are barely damp, sometimes with dry patches here and there. I don't overfill the machine; it's usually slightly more than half full so the clothes have room to tumble. Consequently, the clothes don't always smell clean when they come out. Running the self-cleaning cycle on the machine doesn't help. My old washer never had this problem. All of the above issues have been mentioned by other reviewers, so these problems are not unique to my machine. I was much happier with my older Samsung machine. This one is a letdown. I would recommend looking for a different brand or model.

We chose this washer after reading many reviews and have been very happy with it. Works great! You just have to remember to use a rag to soak up some water remnants on the outer rubber rim in order to prevent mildew. The Best Buy customer and delivery services were also great.

This is a good washer, performed as we expected. this is our 3rd washer of this type over the years but our first Samsung.

Acceptable washer which fits in location. Color unchanged from previous. The exact same washer lasted 5 years.

Going from a 20 year old maytag to this is like night and day. It runs so quiet and efficiently and all the washing cycles really make a difference.

I had an older model of this washer and loved it. This one is just as good, if not better.

It is easy to use and washes the clothes well. I like all the different settings offered on both the washer and dryer in the set.
