||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washer is so much more of a joy from the LG top-loader we had that kept getting unbalanced, it is hard NOT to give it 5 stars. But the reality is that this is a fairly basic machine with fairly basic choices. Others may want more choices. And front loaders ARE low; you really need to bend over and stoop to reach all your clothes. If you choose to buy a drawer for underneath to raise the height, you now have a tall machine (compared with your dryer, of course) and it is no longer very affordable (these drawers add another $250 - $350 to the total cost).

They couldn't believe that we had such a nice washer for them to use. When they left, we did all the linens and they came out spotless. Handles much larger loads than you would expect.
