The cycles can take a little long but considering my clothes are clean, there's never soap scum left on dark clothes and we were able to wash our comforter for the first time, I'm OK with that. One note: the Best Buy install guy turned the washer on to test it after plugging it in and accidentally washed/ruined the owner's manual. They also left staples, nails and other packaging trash all over our driveway. That doesn't affect the quality of the washer, but it was a very dissapointing part of this purchase.

My TV, refrigerator, washer and dryer are all Samsung products. I purchased all of the them through Best Buy. They look sleek, have lots of features and most of all do what they are supposed to do with little maintenance. I got this combo with the matching dryer and saved $150+. I would recommend this washer to anyone.
