After discussions with those who had top-loaders, we decided to go with front-loader. It has been a very quiet machine thus far. Cleans clothes very well. Several reviews regarding top-loaders and problems regarding "wetting" and poor cleaning swayed decision to front loader.

Great for normal washing

The machine feels a bit cheap in terms of the trays and buttons but they work just fine. I thought it was a “smart” washer which is why I got it. It turns out it has a smart clean function. Oh well. Still worth the money though I probably should have gone with the comparable LG.
