I wanted a washer that could do large loads but still be low on water usage. This washer has performed great! We did end up getting the pedestal (on clearance somewhere else) to make it easier to get clothes in/out. Otherwise it can be uncomfortable stooping down. I also would have preferred a simple buzzer or beep for the finished cycle notification instead of what we now call the "Samsung national anthem".

I would have given this a higher rating, but the spin cycle spins so fast that the washer machine moves like crazy. I purchased some rubber feet, but it's still moving around. I am going to purchase thicker rubber feet (pads). hopefully that helps. If we can get the washer to stop moving out of control, then I will rate this higher.
