The washer machine looks great and is easy to operate. I would have given this a higher rating, but the spin cycle spins so fast that the washer machine moves like crazy. I purchased some rubber feet, but it's still moving around. I am going to purchase thicker rubber feet (pads). hopefully that helps. If we can get the washer to stop moving out of control, then I will rate this higher.

I bought this washer as a replacement for my HE top loader that died (prematurely in my opinion). I wanted a washer that could do large loads but still be low on water usage. This washer has performed great! We did end up getting the pedestal (on clearance somewhere else) to make it easier to get clothes in/out. Otherwise it can be uncomfortable stooping down. I also would have preferred a simple buzzer or beep for the finished cycle notification instead of what we now call the "Samsung national anthem".

First time not getting a top load and I really like this style and very easy to use.

In love with this washer, we got a great deal on it and leaves my clothes super clean without ruining them.

I loved my previous 16 year old front loader, but left it when I left my former home. In my new house I wanted a front loading washer but had a budget to keep in mind. This machine fit the bill perfectly. Technology has improved since my last washer and I can hardly believe how dry the clothes are after spinning. Since I have yet to purchase a dryer, this is a huge bonus! I would recommend this washer.

Living in a drought-stricken area where water is getting more and more expensive, it is important to be conservative wherever possible. Not only does it use far less than a top-loading machine, it gets clothes cleaner. I saw some complaints about the spin cycle being noisy sometimes and I have experienced that. But it's no different than a top-loader with an unbalanced load. Just put it on pause, even out the load and start it again. It mostly only does that on the high spin setting. It's a great machine!
