Had some issues getting it level at first, looking back I would probably raise each leg to its max height, and then lower from there. But as for the machine itself - its quiet and it cleans clothes.We got the protection plan due to what I perceive is the design flaw that you can read about online. For the price, if I can get 4 years, and then get a new washing machine for another 4 years I feel like its probably worth it.

I'm told by repairmen that appliances only have about a 5 year working life. Since repair is so expensive ($100.00 just to come tell you your appliance doesn't work), I was looking for the simplest, least expensive, quality front-loading clothes washer I could find. This seems to be the one. I hope it doesn't catch on fire. I might recommend this to a friend with the above caveats. See required answer below.

It is really quite and doesn't use much water. My husband is a farmer and it doesn't really get his clothes clean. It is really hard to clean the rubber gasket and it smells bad if you don't get it dried out. I probably wouldn't purchase this machine again.

At first, I was a bit skeptical because it didn't seem like it was using enough water. However after a few runs I realized it was just how the washer works and it must just be a sort of water-saving feature. It even has a cute little tune that plays when the wash is done. So far, it has been very reliable and has got my clothes clean every time.
