Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.when our washer died all of a sudden, I looked at other models and reviews, this washer is so easy to use and set up. it has one touch program button to use for most of your washing needs so no need to get confused with all of the settings. just press 1 button and its running. i feel the front load washes alot better that the blender type of washers. i recommend this washer

The filter fills up too quickly if you have shedding dogs, about every forth wash or so, machine does not alert you just does not drain. When clearing filter about 2-3 cups of water come out, even if washer is empty be ready. The spin cycle is way too high if allowed to choose itself it will rock itself back and forth even when properly balanced beforehand. Does work really well to remove animal and sweat smells. Yea!

My only concern, is the washer seems like it retains condensation inside. Also, with the stacking, it is REALLY tough to read the options, or use some of the buttons because of how high it is. And I am 6'1!!! My wife is 5'4 and can't even reach it.
