Given it is used for just a single person, it has all the functionality I need for the usage it gets. I debated on going a step up to the steam cycle, but when the machine is not fully loaded while washing dress shirts, they come out great and have not had any issues to date.

Several times, door belt broke and very costly to replace but all-in-all, it did well for a family of five. Needed to purchase this model to match the dryer. Hopefully, we'll get years of trouble-free use from it.
