    Bought it for my daughter and it was breaking down left and right and they refused to replace it until finally near the end when they did have to replace it when we asked from the beginning to replace it because it was not working right

    Purchased this in early 2018. I do about 6 loads/week and the machine has been flawless so far. No leaks, rumbling, or other issues. I've used for both delicate and heavy loads. It's important to read the user guide and calibrate the washer, this helps the machine learn how much water to add. Some reviews reported this as an issue, calibration should help.
